Managerial / Executive Jobs:

Customer Account Executive

Job Type: Full-Time (Fresh Grad / Entry Level)

Salary: $2200 - $2800

Nationality: Singapore Citizen / Singapore PR / Malaysian / S-Pass 

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage and be the primary contact for day to day customer communications and requests.
• Build & Maintain relationships with customers.
• Manage timelines of customer requests.
• Ensure proper tracking of the day to day operations.
• Maintain or improve SOPs .
• Generating simple quantitative reports (e.g number of incidents, recurrence of events etc..).

Skill-set required:

• Proactive and adaptable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of computer skills (e.g Microsoft apps / Google apps).
• Reasonably good written and verbal English. Knowledge of spoken Mandarin is a plus.

Good to know:

• This role requires a minimum 5 or 6 day work week on-site due to work requirements.
